Practice Experience:  Mr. Hardy began his professional career as Law Clerk to Chancellor William T. Allen of the Delaware Court of Chancery, which is the premier business litigation court in America.  In 1991, Mr. Hardy became an associate at the Wilmington, Delaware office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, where his practice focused on corporate and shareholder litigation involving large public companies.  Mr. Hardy moved to Georgia in 1994 and, since that time has broadened his practice to include litigation and counseling regarding a variety of complex business matters.
